Clean Ozone. Clinically Proven. Shelf-Stable.
Breakthrough stabilized ozonated glycerin products for skin, mucosal, and integrative care—backed by over 20 years of clinical research.
OG-S™ by Ozone Therapies Group
The Future of Ozone is Here
OG-S™ is a next-generation ozonated glycerin developed to safely deliver active ozone without odor, degradation, or refrigeration. It is shelf-stable for 3 years, water-soluble, and designed for both clinical and at-home use.
Unlike traditional ozonated oils, OG-S™ uses a patented stabilization process to retain ozone in natural-grade glycerin—free of preservatives, emulsifiers, or artificial ingredients.
Why It Matters:
- Shelf-stable, no refrigeration required
- Odorless and clean to use
- Safe for skin, oral, and mucosal tissue
- Scientifically backed, internationally used
This is the foundation of our entire product line and the reason behind the OG Summit and global clinical interest.
OG product sales fund our educational events, research access, and allow practitioners and patients to experience OG firsthand.
Why Practitioners Choose OG-S™
OG-S is trusted by doctors, dentists, and veterinarians around the world. It integrates seamlessly into ozone protocols, cosmetic procedures, and wound care—all without the mess or smell of traditional oils.
Applications: Dermatology & Barrier Repair | Dental irrigation and post-extraction care | ENT/Nasal protocols + nebulization | Injection site recovery | Pediatric and geriatric skin issues
What Makes OG-S™ Different?
Mediplus Pharma developed a unique molecule—Trioxepane—that forms when glycerin is ozonated using a proprietary method. It slowly releases oxygen atoms in a controlled, bioactive way.
This is the core innovation behind every OG-S product.

Safety Precautions

OG is highly concentrated, with a very low pH (~2) and hypertonic properties. Dilution and buffering are essential to ensure safety in clinical use.
To minimize adverse side effects, buffer OG with sodium bicarbonate to bring the pH closer to neutral before administration.
Important clinical guidance based on observed use:
Recommended dilution for IV use: 2.5% OG in sterile water
Maximum dose: 1 mL of OG per 6 pounds (3 kg) of body weight
Gradual dosing protocol is strongly advised:
Start with ¼ of calculated dose for first injection (IV or IP)
Use ½ dose for the second
¾ dose for the third
Full dose for all subsequent administrations
Possible side effects (observed at 5% concentration):
Transient hematuria (pink urine) for a few hours post-IV (similar to 10-pass or EBOO)
GI cramping or osmotic laxative effect if the dose is too high (IV or oral)
Special note for oncology cases:
Start with extremely low doses and increase only as tolerated. Rapid cancer cell die-off can cause serious complications if the dose is too aggressive early on.
Always adjust treatment based on patient tolerance and response.
