Vitamin C is one of the most studied — and most misunderstood — molecules in medicine. Yet

clinical outcomes remain highly variable because many protocols focus primarily on dose while

overlooking the biology receiving the intervention.

In this clinician-focused presentation, Lior Sher, JD, introduces a precision redox-medicine

framework for understanding why apparently similar Vitamin C protocols can produce markedly

different outcomes. The presentation moves beyond generic supplementation and routine IV

dosing to examine the variables that determine whether the intended biology is actually

reached: terrain preparation and optimization, baseline depletion and metabolic demand,
