Rectal ozone applications, with doses according to ages, was used in all patients. After treatment, clinical improvements, decrease in the frequency of episodes and also immunological improvements in the parameters studied were achieved. We did not reported side-effects with the use of ozone therapy. New therapeutic possibilities are open for secondary immunodeficiencies treatment.
